Zerrin Tekindor
The Turkish actress and painter Zerrin Tekindor was born in 1964. In 1985 she graduated from Hacettepe University State Conservatory, School of Theater. In that year, she began to work at Adana State Theatre as an intern. After two years she was charged with a duty in Ankara State Theatre and performed in numerous plays. In 2003 she moved to Istanbul to work in Istanbul State Theatre. In 2004 she performed in The Government Inspector (N.V.Gogol) as Anna Andreyevna. She won an award for the Best Supporting Actress in Comedy in Afife Theatre Awards. She also won another award for the Best Actress in Comedy in Afife Theatre Awards in 2010 from her performance in Yasmina Reza’s play God of Carnage.
